1 General Terms

adda71 is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between adda71 and the users of the platform.

3 Account Registration and Management

The following rules must be followed to create and manage a valid account on adda71:

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — accurate and up to date. If any information needs to be changed, please contact our support team.

3.3 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder is solely responsible for any access to the account, whether authorised or unauthorised.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or lending any account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotional offers from adda71 are provided under the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus received multiplied by 20.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts, proxies or other methods is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and earnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.5 VIP Program

adda71's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier. adda71 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for all betting and gaming activities on adda71:

6.1 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for various games and events and are displayed within the relevant game or market. adda71 reserves the right to cancel any bet that exceeds these limits.

6.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, adda71 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Sports Betting

In cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and other sports betting, the decision of the relevant authority determining the result will be considered final. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with adda71's policy.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a gaming session, adda71 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adda71 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automation software.
• Colluding with other users or manipulating accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack accounts or steal another user's information.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Making fraudulent chargeback claims against the platform.

If any of the above activities are found to have occurred, adda71 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 adda71's Rights

adda71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular for violations of these terms, suspicious activity or security reasons.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account by contacting the support team. Any pending bets may be settled and any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Re-registration After a Ban

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the same person may not create a new account. If this restriction is violated, the new account will also be closed.
